Asus Flagship NX90 Laptop soon to be released

Asus, one of the pioneers of electronics product has revealed its new Flagship laptop at CES 2010 – the NX90. Sporting twin touchpads, self-powered speakers and a laser-cut polished aluminum exterior, this looks to be the future of the desktop - albeit in conceptual, early adopter form.  Details are unconfirmed for the South African market as yet, but the new Asus Flagship NX90 Laptop is suspected to come with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, 18.4″ Full HD 1920×1080 LED screen, Intel core i7 processor, dual Hard drive with 1TB of total capacity and Blu-ray drive. With the bigger speaker that’s 10x the size of an average set of laptop speakers and 11 watt amplifier the Asus Flagship NX90 has louder and improved audio quality.

Asus N61 joins the USB 3.0 laptop party

There is some new additions to the Asus N-series family of laptops! The N61 that can already be bought from the usual stores, recently released the N61Ja and N61Jq. Coming with a 16″ HD Ready (1366×768) LED ColorShine Widescreen, the N61 is considered a multimedia laptop and made for people that need a lot of pixels to work properly.

Inside the Asus N61Ja, there’s an Intel Core i5 processor running at 2.27GHz, a ATI Radeon HD5730 with 1GB of memory, a DVD Super Multi Writer, 500GB SATA hard drive and topping it off, 4GB of DDR3 1066MHz memory. Read the rest of this entry »
