Samsung South Africa has released the new P580 Laptop aimed at the business market and it’s made a quiet debut alongside the flashy range of LED TVs, space-age microwaves and touchscreen-enabled refrigerators.

There are two Samsung P580 models based on either a Intel Core i3 350M or i5 460M CPU platform. They feature a 15.6-inch HD Ready screen with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and the graphics are provided by a nVidia GeForceGo GT330M 1GB graphics card. Also included is either 3G or4GB of installed RAM, 320GB hard drive as well as an integrated 1.3MP webcam for video chat, 802.11 b/g/n and Gigabit Ethernet, and built-in Bluetooth to connect with other devices.

The Samsung P580 15.6-inch Laptop also offers up to 4 hours of battery life and comes pre-installed with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Operating System.

Samsung has unveiled its newest multifunction wireless printer geared toward small business, home office and personal at-home users.
